Ive got "mugshots" in a vector image in black font with transparent background. How do I change the font to white in Photoshop?

click on white colour and paint bucket then click on each letter.

Mate, if you are new to Photoshop i would strongly recommend switching over to Illustrator, so much easier to use IMO
