DSF

Hi just wondering if there are any brummie based places that I can go to for help with my set up? I'm not getting anywhere with the one I have brought so have contacted the supplier as I think my kit is faulty,my computer says there is a malfunction with the printer and it can't identify it. Waiting on city ink express to reply. I'd like to buy from a supplier that can show me how to set it up maybe or even just demo a kit so I'll be a little more confident about buying another set up.
