Justin is there any way that once the numbers 2100 are entered into the topic line or even typed as part of the question that a big red flag shows up and asks the poster to stop what they are doing and read the following link ( insert appropriate link here).
I am not wanting to offend anyone here as we all need to start somewhere and learn from our mistakes. I am sure there is some software like a Google search that when you start typing a word it gives you some options as to what you are looking for.

'Fraid not. A quick search under Ricoh 2100 will answer all questions but that's assuming the new member does a search first

I have another idea and will look into this. There's also the similar thread box which works well.

It's not to stop duplicate posts, it's to help the member gain more info.

It can be set so that you have to check before posting but imo that often doesn't work.
