Hi does anyone use the mini 3D ST1520 for mugs?
Tried BMS European mug 300s @190C and mugs were faded. So used 550s @ 190C, but is that not way to long for a mug. I heat the machine up for a while first and put mug in and press the timer button. Tried pressing the middle button which I think turns the vacuum of and I get nothing, so I just press the timer button now.
How should I be using this and at what times for a mug?
BMS must love me as a box of mugs went in a few hours.
Many thanks.

I don't use this machine, but I thought those that do mugs in ovens have time of around 18 minutes. This is only viable over a mug press if you are doing lots at a time of course.

I use one, I do 360sec @190c. When you turn it on and hit heat up do you hear fan noise? I only ask as back when these came out there were a few people who didn't and that was because the machines they had were faulty.

I believe paul has/had one of these machines as well but was using a lower temp and a longer time than me and there was someone else who modded theirs to do it quicker than 360secs but I don't know what they did to mod it.

Also I would recommend putting a blank bit of paper between your print and the wrap to protect the wrap from the ink.
