Looking at getting started in sublimation of mugs (plan on eventually doing a wide variety of item's) and was just wondering what's people's opinion on 3d vacuum heat press's for doing multiple mugs at a time or should I just buy multiple mug press's?

Any information and feedbackwould be very appreciated and I look forward to reading your comments

Don't know I have one but have never used it

I'm on my 2nd 3D press (the first one died a few weeks ago after a couple of years usage).

I don't do loads of mugs but I have done mugs in it with good results.
The only problem I found is this..

There is a hose that connects to the top of of the tray (for when your using vacuum).
To use the bottom half of the press you have to disconnect that hose.
On my 1st machine (ST3042) there was a bolt that is just kept finger tight but frequent screwing and un-screwing put a lot of wear on the hose so I kept having to cut the end-off.
Because of this (and the mixture of products I was doing) I ended up just using one of those cheap round (JML) halogen ovens for my mugs.

My 2nd machine is the same model but has a push/pull set-up instead on the hose fixture which is much better.
So if you plan on using both Vacuum and non-vacuum I'd try to make sure it's of 1 of these.

I have the same machine as Ucase (got a couple of them) and find the results and consistency is excellent.
