Hi, we have been trying to load our inks into the epson, but keep getting an error. The printer starts up, warns us of non-genuine carts which we accept, goes into charge the inks, gets to 30% (ish) and then goes to the main screen on the panel telling us "replace ink cart" but with no flashing indicator of which cart to replace. Does anyone have an info on this problem?

If there are any ink vendors close to Brighton UK, we would be very happy to buy from you if you can help us set up the printer. We are wasting a lot of time and money now.
