.I am having too many orders from eBay and difficult to handle ..Tried few things (Increased the price and dispatch time ) not really working ...I just want to control the amounts of sales do a day with out effecting to the listing pages (Items in 1st page ) ..I know its a bad idea to End listing ..do you have any clues ??.....What you guys do to handle this ??...Do you stop selling for Xmas ?? (I did last few years and it actually effected to my best selling items were in 1st page went in to 2- 3 pages ) ..

Keep increasing price. That works for us. Last year we increased prices at least once a week leading up to Xmas in order to slow sales. This year we have increased prices a little but automated more of the admin side so are now twice as quick per order than last year.

If they are GTC then reduce your stock to zero.

or... get part time stuff and you will be able to coop with orders.
