sales of our mugs are taking off more than expected here

...didnt even expect to sell one lol
i use the white smash proof boxes from subliblanks, as it looks better when our logo is applied, than the brown ones but....
i now got punter thats bought 2 mug/coaster sets at the same time.....
only one mug/coaster fits per smash proof box
yes i got the poly boxes i can tape 2 together, but that leave nowhere for the coasters
can you buy these white smash proof boxes for 2 mugs ?
or any other type you guys can recommend ?

tape two smash proof boxes together, and you can still get the coasters in!

Listawood do 4 way and 6 way boxes - used to do doubles, but not sure if they still do - worth calling them.

Something must have not worked out with development of these as I've not seen them for sale.
As james says use 2 smash proof boxes, if you don't want to get tape on the boxes send them in a
10 x 14 grey mail bag.

pity
that would have done the job as well
looks like it james way or the highway lol
2 mailing bags will stop the tape issue as you say...

2 boxes will fit in 1 bag, I then use some fragile tape around the bag to strap them together.

Also there's a pic James posted
here at the bottom of the page that to me looks like the customer would have had to use a fair bit of force to open the box as they didn't cut the tape at the top of the box, bags avoid this.

To be quite honest, I wouldn't give a fig what the customer did once they got the mug, not what the box looked like, as long as they didn't break it and blamed the post office.
