PBT stands for Polybutylene Terephthalate.

Hi Rich

PBT is a fantastic product for injection moulded 3-D items for sublimation, the Crastin "family" from DuPont as linked to by John in the post above being one of the best ranges but as far as I am aware it is not commercially available in sheet form - indeed if you can find it please let me know because I would have a huge number of applications for it!!

There are a number of materials in the same family of chemicals which are available in sheet form - although most of them are too expensive for any of the humble uses for which we sublimation people tend to need "plastic".
