Hi guys!
For some time i am trying to crack this cotton printing business. As much as there are solutions on the market for white cotton, Some work less some work more.
But how about dark Tshirt?
Nothing on the market yet. I came with idea few months a go and decided to spend some time and money on test.
So far, biggest challenge is white ink so light colours will show up.

Here is tshirt showing sublimation ink on black 100% cotton shirt. Is not design. Is just a blob but this is the proof that sublimation on dark cotton is possible.

Loads of work still tho...

are you printing a poly white underbase, and subbing yellow on top?
Looks like yellow pigment ink on top of white ......

This is sublimation ink on top of black t-shirt. There is no underbase. Problem is, to make it work transfer paper cant be used. it need to be printed directly on garment.
