A work colleague sings in a barbershop quartet.

He asked if I knew of any seamstresses who could make some red & white striped waistcoats.

I dont know of anyone but was wondering if anyone can get white waistcoats and print the red stripes.

You would need to print the fabric first, and then cut/sew into the garments, but you could likely source ready printed red/white striped fabric, so wouldn't need to print anything.
