I am new to mug sublimation and I can't figure out why colors on paper or mug match whats on screen. I attached a picture and how it looks when printed and also how it looks when transferred to mug.
I am using:
Epson WF2630WF
https://www.epson.co.uk/products/printe ... -wf-2630wf
Sublimation CISS system filled with sublimation ink
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/272899878724
Sublimation A4 paper
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/301264358938
Heat wrap + fan oven (200 Degree Celcius for 25minutes)
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/272428111680
What am I doing wrong? how to get matching vivid colors from screen to print to mug?

I am afraid the main issue may be the word EBay in all your links.
No support from whoever you bought the products from. You need to get yourself a large mug of tea and have a good search through the forum.
Look for ICC profiles. Inks. Papers. Temps. Times. Buying cheap buying twice.
Not much help I am sorry but with your set up it could be any of the above. Also be aware of copyright infringement if you want to sell mugs like that.

As above especially the copyright infringement. Your eBay shop could quickly be closed down if you are printing knock-off mugs and also you would be open to a lawsuit from the copyright holders.

Thanks guys for the tip but I was not going to sell this kind of mugs it's just a test for the setup. And as you mentioned this is not much of a help
I expected someone would be able to help me troubleshoot the problem without having to through everything that I bought in the trash and start again.

As above, you are using unrecognised brands so will not get good results.
Having said that, drop your time to about half that and try again. It might help, although you will never get great results due to the set up.
If it is better then play around with times until you get it spot on.

I will try that and report back but can you also guide me to one of the recommended setups for Epson printers CISS like the proper branded ink and proper branded paper? any help would be appreciated.

Firstly you don't know what ink you are using - it could be great, and duff, but the advert doesn't mentioned whose ink is in the CISS.
You need an ICC profile for the inks in that CISS - has the seller provided one? If not, you'll need to get one made, but only do this is you can find out what ink it actually is as you'll need to keep buying that ink, or get a new ICC made.
You'll need graphics software (Photoshop) to be able to use ICC profiles to print the colors correctly, and look online for the settings on how to use the ICC profile, printer settings for the software and print driver to make it all work properly.

To add - everything else in your setup should work ok, although using a fan oven may give you problems with consistent printing and gassing issues, but at the moment your main problem is unknown ink and no ICC
