Got to say the customer service from alex@ inkexpress is well above and beyond.
I ran outta some ink other day, the guy sent them via parcel force ( yeh i know they crap )....
This guy has ALWAYS been good to his word when he says something, and he said i would get delivery next day.
Great says i, as i was chumpin at the bit with orders and no bloody ink :rolleyes: yep, my own fault...been that busy i forgot to keep eye on the external ciss tanks = fool

Checked the tracking that alex gave me next day, it was still showing sitting at the parcel force hub for gods sake .
Thats me right in the dogs dirt...dropped alex an email and explained the situ....i said send me out the min inks i need
by guaranteed next day delivery, regardless of cost as i,m desperate..just in case the bigger order is still stuck at that dam hub..

This guy got my inks packed and went to his local PO for me, and sent the inks by SD by 1pm next day..This is at around 3.30pm ish.

To finish it, the chap said he was paying for the special delivery cost himself, due to parcel forces cock up...i only had to pay for the inks.
Now if that aint great customer service, what the hell is ?

So if you reading this alex, you just saved my ass big time m8.

How does he manage to sell his Inktec ink so cheap?

InkExpress always get me my deliveries very quickly, excellent to deal with....which is becoming more and more unusual!

Alex been a big help over last day or two with me also

He is very good. I ordered a printer from them which was faulty but issue was sorted and new printer with me within 48hrs and upgraded my ink and he's helped me work out pricing/print and sort profile and more. Very helpful.

GoonerGary we price our Inktec inks keenly but the main reason we can do them 'so cheap' is because we buy in very large quantities direct from Inktec Europe so we do get good prices from them. Our current stock holding of Inktec Sublinova inks is around 300 litres which we tend to turn around on a monthly basis.
