Help please my usual mug suplier has run out of mugs in stock and I am in desperate need of mugs so can anyone point me in the direction of someone who can supply me some mugs urgently and that arent expensive.

Hi there, having never used BMS before what are their mugs like and do you get many breakages on deliveries?

Nice straight sided, can't remember last time I had a breakage, very well packaged.

yep great quality from BMS i will never try anyone else again no matter how cheap they will go

As has been said, no probs at all, and I won't go anywhere else either since buying from them

I don't buy mine anywhere else either, they also come individually wrapped in their own bubble wrap puch too.

There won't be any breakages in transportation - I can almost guarantee that unless they are dropped from a HUGE height. Every mug is individually wrapped in bubble protection inside cardboard partitioned layers in a box and when ordering 72 mugs we even package the two boxes inside another box.

Since we have had the mugs wrapped in bubble protection (approx 2+ years) I don't recall an instance of a customer calling us to report breakages.
