Hi Linda,

Welcome to sublimation! The Temps, Pressures and times all vary per garment/item - not necessarily by ink or paper.

If you've got some materials you wish to print on that you can list - I'm sure we will be able to point you in the correct direction.

190 deg C for 50secs works for me, but you may need to vary these slightly for your setup.

You must be prepared to lose some items whenever you start up. Nothing is guaranteed in the sublimation game.

Sacrifice 1 t shirt, make lots of copies of the same small design, but then write on them diff time and temps so you can get it right, dont start off trying 1 design per shirt - it can get very expensive.

Hi Linda,

As said we usually recommend speaking with the suppler of the garment or substrate first as the temp and time are dictated by the product rather than the ink or paper. As a general rule we would press polyester t-shirts at 170-180c for 70 seconds. But as people have previously said it is best to try a few different temps and times to see what works best.

But as I said initially do speak to the original garment supplier for pressing info and go from there.
