I've been given a Ricoh SG 2100n - I know people have had issues with these getting the correct colour output.

I seem to be having an issue with the magenta output - everything is printing out orange.

Is there anyone that can help me make an adjustment or get a new ICC to make it print in true colour?

TIA

Is your nozzle check ok? No blocked nozzles?

What inks an paper are you using? I use CIE inks and paper and can PM you a link to CIE profiles that might improve things.

Not sure what inks they are. Paper is standard a4 sub from subliblanks.
