Re: Xpres SubliPrint Premium 112gsm

So a while back I had a sales call from xpres which ended with them sending me 10 sheets of SubliPrint Premium 112gsm as a sample, today I remembered that I had these sheets and thought I'd give them a go.
So did everything the same as I do with trupix and the mug that was produced is nowhere near useable.

The paper is welded to the mug, tried soaking it and rubbing off but it's ridiculous just how stubbornly it is stuck to the mug and the transfer of ink hasn't work either.

So I'm curious what do people think went wrong here?
Is this paper just total useless?
Have xpres sent me a different paper to what the fact sheet that accompanied it says it is?

I have never seen that happen before, not used Xpres papers but have purchased a range of other items from them so I wouldn't have foreseen an issue. I would contact them to check what they sent you as correct.

I have had this a few times and its always been down to the coating of the mug and not the paper.

That probably does not help you at all :-)
