hi all , i have recently purchased the epson wf-2630 printer with refillable sublimation inks, it came with a icc profile on a disc
which i installed as guided to by the paperwork supplied.
i can print black no problem, but colour is not true colour even after pressing onto mugs or coasters.
the icc profile had instructions for using with photoshop but im using coreldraw x8
ive played about with settings within the program but im not getting anywhere.

i press mugs at 180c for 160 secs and coasters 185c for 65 secs and the slate was at 185c for 360 secs
the ink is sublinova ink from inktec and the paper is from inkexpress

would anyone have any ideas how i can get colours to come true please?

as you can see on the glass frame the black is lovely
the photo slate - the colours are not bright and it looks sepia affect.

thanks for looking
judy

When pressing your slate do you cover it with a foam pad?

Are you sure the profile is installed properly?
