Hi guys.

I am very new about using oven for sublimation. I will like the people with more experience can help me with the following questions, please:
Is necessary a convection oven for a sublimation of large volume of mugs or an electric oven will work as well?
What kind of oven will be more expensive on my energy bill?
Do you think for example this oven will be okay to start with https://www.wayfair.co.uk/Steba--20L-Gr ... p8QAvD_BwE ?

Any external thermometer to know when the oven get the right temperature?

Sorry about my questions but I would like to make the best decision.

I hope some one can help me.

Thank you on advance.

Hi,
I don't use an oven myself, but have have seen numerous threads on here covering the popular choice of convection ovens used. The latest thread is below, covering mug quantities, times temps and wraps discussed by different members using the Blizzard Convection oven, or just search for "oven"

Hiya,

Thank you for your answer.
I read it but the thread is about a particular convection oven brand I don't want to "change" the subject with my questions :/

This is more like general inquiries about convection oven. Also, I can see some people use halogen ovens, but I am looking for something affordable to print minimum 8 mugs at the time.

Once again, thank you :)

We have one of the following ovens which is brilliant and does from 1 to 12 mugs. You will no doubt find a second hand one a lot cheaper.
