Help! My mug press attachment has failed today and is refusing to heat up. I have messaged the amazon seller and have to wait 2 business days for a reply.
It's made me consider having a spare one from now on, so I've been looking online to buy one. I can't seem to find something necessarily compatible... are they universal?

Can anyone please point me to some compatible 11oz mug attachments?
