Hi guys
Anyone having any issues with product ( MDF coasters and AAA cups) Quality on cups poor, marked, chipped, black marks) coasters have no protective film and scratched. We have been very happy with Listawood so far and have contacted them.
We are due to order more but feel a bit apprehensive.

Yes, well documented on the forum that we have had poor experiences with their mugs time and time again and won't use them now. I've heard this from a lot of members. In fairness I have heard of at least 1 member who still uses them....and it is 1.

Not tried their coasters for a long time.

Mdp not one issue with either mugs or coasters.

I used to use signzworld but mugs were always damaged or chipped.
I have bought 100 coasters from xpres the last week and they are exactly the same as mdp coasters. In fact they are the same brand and model. (Neither have a plastic film)

MDP unisub coasters are 57p+vat whereas 10% off at Xpres for DSF members make them 47p+vat normally BUT they have 15% sale at the moment so just 44p+vat.

I usually only use XP5013 10oz mugs from Xpres but stocks are tricky right now. They are getting some around 7th December in but would need pre-ordering to secure and could be a little later than that date.

I have a box from Signzworld on the way to test, probably do that same with MDP.

I have had 288 11oz mugs arrive today from signzworld, I have never had any issues with their mugs in the past so continue to use them.

Hi Justin

Be careful with SW, the coating is not up to standard in my opinion. I have a video somewhere that will show you how the print rubs off using some detergents, although I use them for really cheap promotional material myself I am probably going to ditch them soon as it really is that bad.

Plus anytime there is a problem it’s like pulling teeth trying to get them to sort it out. Really bad customer service that has gone really downhill in the last 6 months ish.

God knows why you don’t use Listawood. Customers (apart from Gooners ;-) ) really do not care that much about a mug, but when the print starts to fade they do, and there is only one company where the print will never fade.

I just had to get a box of mugs from signzworld as I was running out - the printed ok. Hope they don't all fade badly.
