Hi I’m not sure think it might be mdf or something was just wonder if anyone had seen the blanks for them

I haven't, but figured you could get them custom made by SUBLIMETALS who are very reasonable for this sort of thing.

A very quick Google brings up the manufacturers. They say they are vinyl mounted to 3 mm foamex which they claim is "sturdy and unbreakable" - complete rubbish - it's very flexible and very likely to snap if not mounted to a solid surface.
The blanks can be cut to shape by many sign companies but you will need a large format vinyl printer .
They also suggest on their website that club logos can be found on Google and uploaded. More c*ap!. If you find those on Google they will almost certainly low resolution and unsuitable but, more importantly, they will be copyrighted and football clubs won't hesitate to take action against you.
