Hi all
Just wondering if anybody else has tried this.
After drinking a can of pop I cut the empty can into a flat plate and thought, I wonder if I can sublimate a picture on the inside....
So at 350F and 50seconds later I was amazed.

Yes it won't wash or rub off but can be scratched off with something metal.I know I'll not be the first to try this but my question is what's the coating on the inside of a drinks can and why is it able to take sublimation

Now looking for any ideas on what I can make with these

Many plastics will take a sublimation print. When you don't know what type of plastic you are dealing with though, beware of toxic fumes. (PVC for instance gives off very toxic fumes when pressing).
