Have you guys seen this ebay listing ..Is this guy a Scam artist ??.

Might be a dealer or service agent clearing trade ins.
Anything secondhand I would want a full provenance/service record and guarantee.

You can do a reverse image check on Google to see if the images have appeared elsewhere. That will help tell you if they are from a six year old advert.

I spoke to him about one of the printers but decided against it. Price wise he dropped dramatically if I could '"Complete the purchase in 2 days" I would never rush anything like that.

Company is called Sign Making and Supplies and are pretty reliable. They mainly deal in sign making supplies (I wonder where their name come from LOL) but have also been dealing in secondhand demo equipment for several years now.

If I was in the market for a secondhand machine and these guys had one at the right price and a warranty that I could live with then I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them.

He keep sending me offers that seems not right to me too ..Non of them has a good description and hes replies look strange too ..Seems like a con artist ..

Unless he is a reputable supplier you could be right about the con artist.
There are a lot of 'spares or repairs' printers for sell on ebay for next to nothing. He could be buying cheap and doing a rudimentary repair to get it going.
Cheap(ish) but still a lot of money to chance without a guarantee.
