What printer, inks, paper are you using?
do you have an icc profile installed and in use?

im using just basic cheap staff for beginners :p epson l1250, press is from craft express, buying ink on the marketplace from a private person (the description says it is for sublimation) and paper also ordered for sublimation, some Chinese company

im not using that icc profile, tbh first time i hear about it

Are you using photoshop can you post your print settings image?
chances are the whole ink paper and lack of icc is most probably your first issue.
