Re: Ricoh SG3110DN issues

Hi,
I am re-starting sublimation after not really getting off the ground some years ago. I bought a Ricoh SG3110DN which I have re-started, cleaned nozzles, done many many head cleans and 4-5 complete flushes, but am still having issues with the cyan ink? On the test print, I get a couple of missed lines in each of the columns. I have found lots of old posts regarding lines which I also have, but have managed to get a better print but because this nozzle seems to have a blockage I think this is now my main issue! (all the other inks are find btw). I saw someone on here say to do a few heavy prints using that colour to see if that would flush it through, so I tried that (nothing to lose!), but it doesn't seem to have worked - I am still getting the same missing lines on the nozzle test print. I am considering getting a print head cleaner and putting it in a blank cartridge and doing some more flushes - has anyone done this and would it work? Or does anyone have any other suggestions which may help? (apart from binning and getting another printer!) If it helps, I am running Windows 11 and Silhouette Studio. Thank-you for any help x
