i am having problem with my epson p50 it is not printing the correct colourm is there any help how to solve this problem.

what inks and what color profile u got? need more info.

dye sublimation inks. colour profile: cmyk

Paul, would it be an idea in the printers section - to put up a post explaining what a colour profile is, and why you need it for the printer before you can print using dye sub inks - ie why they dont work the same as normal inks, most people know they come out paler on the paper than they will on the mug - but perhaps an explaination at the top of the printer section ?

I'm about to start work on FAQ's again for each section, with answers to the general everyday questions.....will be looking for input on this from you guys...and gals
