Hi,

My name is Matt. I have been embroidering for the last 6 years and earlier on this year I decided to try Sublimation and Heat Transfers.

I went to visit Xpres and ended up purchasing a Ricoh GX7000, Roland GX-24 Cutter and the Studio Mug Press.

I'm impressed to see that there is plenty of advice being given on the forum and I am sure I will be asking for some as well.

Matt

HI Matt, Welcome, I went to Xpress last week and ordered the 15 x 20" heatpress, Ricoh GX7000, and the single mug press, to be delivered when my office/workshop is ready. (Probably next week).
The saleman was Mark Rossi, a real nice bloke.
Good luck with you new venture.
Jack.

Thanks Jack, I dealt with Mark when I went down. I am looking at purchasing a new heat press from them soon as the one I have at the mo is not that good.

Thanks Justin.

I don't think you will go far wrong with the heatpress from Xpress, it is the Adkins model and carries a lifetime guarantee on the heating element. A fourteen year old Adkins heatpress was sold on Ebay a few days ago and it fetched £650 . They must hold their price better than a BMW.
