Getting closer to making my first mug! Before I start recolouring my kitchen counters with sublimation ink - quick question about refilling the cartridges, There's a hole on the top and a hole on the bottom of the cartridge (apart from the filling hole) - do I cover one or both of these with tape before I start filling them? And I assume I remove the tape when I have finished and before I put it in the printer.
Thanks in advance.

Good thinking, the bottom ones are covered in tape when new but you break the tape when you install them, also ink goes in the hole where the little bung is, take it out, fill up, replace bung and insert

Thanks. Filling was a lot easier than when I tried years ago on an old lexmark and those refill kits from Lidl.... so inks filled & printer primed. Mug press instructions next, although it's school run and mammy stuff first
