Hi again.
Another daft question. (Please say there is no such thing)
What is the purpose of Vinyl printing?
I can see numbers on the back of sports shirts etc. But I am seeing huge machines over 4 foot, what are they used for?
Can one use them to livery cars etc?
Would it be more cost effective to use a vinil cut rather than loads of ink on say a banner? Can they cut graphics? Why do they come in such humungous sizes?

The larger ones are great for car graphics and banner work. We use to have a 600mm one as well as the usual craft robo, but got rid of the large one as it never cut small graphics great and we stopped doing the larger car graphics.

peole these days want full colou pictures, they see it on the local spa window and want the same, they are not happy with a vector sign as much but when they hear the price laminated as well its a different story
