Good day all!

i am a newbie in this printing business. Im hoping to get a good advise and some ideas in printing a t-shirt and mug using a heat press.
i bought a mug & a t-shirt heat press, also have an epson R220 printer but i don't know which or what type of paper and ink to use in printing a MUG or a polyester, cotton t-shirt.
Thank you in advance.

Welcome Noel :) If you are brand new to the business then there is a lot to read on this forum as well as many other places, including FAQ's on many suppliers websites. Unless you want to start experimenting with filling ink cartridges, getting custom made profiles created and the like, then I would suggest you look at the Ricoh GXe3300 as a starter sublimation printer.

I agree.. definately read up and take note at all the hints and tips.. will save you a lot of heartache in the long run :) and welcome to the forum..

I have the Ricoh GXe3300 and it's a great piece of kit.. especially as I don't use it every day.. so no issues with potential clogging

As they say... you get what you pay for, get yourself a printer with decent ink and you won't be compromising on quality.

Welcome on board

As a complete novice I bought the Ricoh GXe3300 and must say it has been excellent right out of the box.
