I have not been able to open my email since noon yesterday, its driving me crazy, I looked forward to showing my husband some new picture mounts that I had ordered. Tried all last night no joy, this moring I tried again but still can't access the email grr Has anyone has anyone else had this problem

I use VirginMedia in the house and no problem recently. Probably loacalised. I also have an old Ntl email address now controlled by virgin which works okay.

I added new computers to what I already had in the house about 4 months ago and had a few problems. Phoned up the technical helpline and they were very good and talked me through the issues. Might be worth a go if you haven't already tried.

It was a fault at their end, checked at two and managed to get on, mind you its not the first time they been of air so to speak. But not this long

My email has been fine, but they left us without any internet at all for 9 days last week. Not great when running a business. They are worse than useless, but I am beginning to think that they all are now.
