Anybody know how to find out the actual ink level on the Ricoh 3300?

weigh the cartridges when new, and then before and after each job, and then when empty

They do not recommend removing cartridges except for replacement. This method is easier http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSMHoMXXy6Y

Must admit that is one of the plus points of a CISS as you can see exactly what you have in there at all times. On top of this you can pull out & replace refillable cartridges on the Brother printers because, if you put a part full one back it asks you is it is a new cartridge or a part used one.
