Has anyone got any experience ordering with these guys. I emailed the other day but didn't get a response. Placed an order today as didn't want to wait any longer for them to reply.

if it is - i also email her about import duty & fee's / bulk products ect.....never heard anything back from her at all :rolleyes:

i take it you have had previous correspondence with her BEFORE you placed an order ?

No not had a reply to my last email, stupidly placed the order as didn't want to wait any longer for reply

oh dear...the golden rule with suppliers outside the UK - eps china ! - vet em out as much as possible....and then some again !...and i dont just mean "hello" in an email once or twice either

but keep me posted bud how it goes.... her products were keanly priced - and if i remember right, you dont pay any import duty up to £135, but you still have to pay VAT on goods imported...except baby clothes....i,m sure they are tax excempt if i remember right

i'm worrying now haha, i'll let you know how things pan out. The good thing is i paid with paypal as order came to a lot of money so wanted the protection of paypal.

Best way to contact them is to find them on alibaba and speak to them on the live chat, anything of importance ask them to confirm through email they will send the email whilst you are online. Also get the DHL tracking number from them as soon as they say it has been sent. Make sure you count the quantities of all items when they arrive as it is common for them to only send 50% of the quantities and blame it on the new boy in packaging. They will be happy to resend the remainder of the order but it is a pain as you have to pay VAT twice and then reclaim it with a C285 form available from HM customs website.

Went on the live chat and they sent me my tracking number which shows my order has been dispatched, hopefully all of my order turns up or i won't be a happy chappy haha.
