Can anyone give me some advice on setting up a new 3300 ricoh ie what order is it best to do things in cheers

1. Install the printer
2. Install Powerdriver
3. Configure PowerDriverr as per the instructions online
4. Start printing.

Thanks guys would you install software before plugging printer in or plug printer in first as i read somewhere someone said install before plugging printer in.cheers
