After losing my top rated seller because buyers do not read dispatch times stated in my listings (all my items are dispatched within the stated times) and also recieveing a couple of bad feedbacks for example "wallet bigger than i thought" again my listing state clearly all sizes i tried reasoning with ebay (yeah ok stop laughing now)heres how myebay experiance has gone since december
lost top rated seller due to adverse dsr scores inparticular dispatch times rang ebay to challange this
first im asked why it takes so long to dispatch (5 working days for a bespoke created item isnt long in my opinion )
told ebay agent these are made to order
ebay agent .. then you should state this
i do read my listings expected delivery dates are clearly stated
ebay agent ....put it in your listings
why ? people dont read descriptions anyway its clearly stated in the area that ebay asks you to state it

they dont heres an example giving him the wallet example
ebay agent.....put a picture then with lines and sizes on
what? are you for real its in the description they only have to read it

Ebay agent ..... very sorry sir thats inexcusable (at last getting somewhere) we will look at the transcript and put this forward to our complaints team in mean time i''l put you in touch with ebays seller success team

Not exactly what i had in mind but anything helps i suppose so look forward to thursday at 10.00 made sure wife available so we both can benifit from this .
Thursday 10.00 phones silent 11.00 still silent 11.30 ring ring wehey here we go ..... no i dont want your bloody pension plan go away .... still no ebay call
week goes by and no contact from ebay until tuesday

so i have to wonder if i had offered this service on ebay and i did all this and recieved neg feedback would ebay be understanding about this ? would they remove the feedback ? or would they threaten me with restricting my account due to poor customer service ? make your own mind up but i can guess what would happen
