Can you remember them feeling slack at all when you were working on them!?!?!? Definitely look like someone's forced them!

i do check them thoroughly, and give them a good shake before i even put the photo on, also they are in a box in a jiffy bag as well.
Not much i can do though but stay polite refund or replace when selling on ebay.
They ordered 3 the same and 2 have 'broken' i think they made a mistake and only meant to order one.
Just annoying because to me looks deliberate.

Have to agree it looks as if they've been forced. From my experience of mirrors the grab on the adhesive is pretty strong.
But I guess with ebay, as you say you've just got to swallow it.

I would suggest if you think they have done it on purpose and I would only offer to replace them and then look at spcial delivery o ensure they turn up ok in loads of bubble wrap

Although I agree with all of the above there is the huge problem that its ebay. They could easily leave negative feedback or worse still start a buyer case both of which can affect your sales.
If it were me I would offer replacements straight away, if that was not good enough for them then I would probably go tell them to stick it. But then I do not particularly care about my top seller status, or should I say former status as I lost it recently!

Unfortunatly i have to offer the choice, it is the law after all,
if its change of mind they cant cancel because its personalised although that is changing this year.
If its faulty by law i have to refund them or replace, and if i want it back pay for the return postage as well (although ebay dont enforce that it is still DSR law)
Just blooming annoying
