Hi all my name is Richie I have been in the sign making and t shirt printing business for about ten years this is my second foray into sublimation as my first printer went belly up a number of years ago I have invested in all new kit and as always willing to learn new things , in the market for a new cap press and a large heat press something bigger than my current one 380mm x 500mm at the right price ?? Also I have a Hp 800 ps does anybody know if this can be used with sub inks.

As this is your second foray then I'll assume you know the basics, but have a look at
www.sawgrasseurope.com for supported sublimation printers. The HP's are no good for sublimation printing.

The HP 800 is a large format printer, and with your desire to also have a larger press, then you are more in the pro market and so don't have to stick to Sawgrass inks and their limited amount of printers that they let you use.
You are looking at getting any large format Epson peizo-head based inkjet printer. Although the initial outlay is more on these when compared to the small formats, but with the differential in ink costs, the cost over time is actually a lot cheaper.
