Not sure personally but you might want to try Heatpressuk who specialise in spares and repairs....you can PM them here on the same name.

Is the inside of your mug wrap black or is it white? If black we may have something suitable as these are wired into the control unit with 4 wires (2 thin for temp and 2 thicker for power).

Thanks for the reply.

The wrap is not black I'm afraid.
The plug is not the round type - see photo - and has 5 wires:
1 Black
2 White
2 Thin Reddish Brown

I assume the extra lead is for the Idle temperature?

Dave, did you ever find the heat pad? we have the same model as you and I think our heat pad may be going out.

Kenduce, I did get an offer from someone to make me a replacement pad, but I didn't keep their details. It was cheaper to buy a new 11oz mug press off eBay, so that is what I did. I still have the old press as I have a working 10oz pad for it. I prefer the Mug King press, If you do find a replacement, please post the details on here.
