Still having real problems with getting templates / making templates work for my students Young Enterprise venture.

We have Serif software - drawplus and pageplus software. No access to any other software and no funds to buy any other software or templates.

We downloaded some blank templates but they are simply the image of a phone on rectangular white 'page' so when you get an image it basically prints the image on the white rectangle and goes over the 'template'.

What are we doing wrong??! Help really appreciated for this dimwit.

If there are layers please drag it to the bottom. This should help.

No idea what you mean by drag it (what is it?) to the bottom....? (of what?)
