Anyone else have any problems with the Forever Flex-Soft vinyl. Great product if it works as it gives a screen printed effect. However I've just wasted four t shirts, I'm printing on Gildan Soft Style at 200C for 3 seconds with firm pressure. When I lift the press, the backing film pulls up and pulls the vinyl away also. I've tried Greaseproof paper over the top so it holds it down when the press is lifted but when I peel it, the vinyl is still coming away. Letting it cool does work, but then I get a shiny sheen on the print. I've tried it at 160C for 10 seconds but the same happens. Anybody else had similar problems or suggestions for optimum time, temp and pressure? thanks

can you post link to this vinyl? i never seen vinyl that is pressed with 200C! this is very HOT!
i would do more for 155C and 15sec. peel cold if this is the same screen printing effect vinyl that i used to use.

as paul says 200c does seem very hot, i usually heat around the 160 mark and for about 20sec, suppose to be about 15 but a little longer shouldnt hurt,

ok ive just found this half way through typing http://www.digitalheatfx.com/media/wysi ... ctions.pdf so now i dont really know.
