DSF

Hi can anyone advise me pls I am using the above printer and I have had to have a new computer running windows 8 I am in the process of installing it and at the moment running the drivers for the printer but it has got to the point where I connect the printer and turn on so it can detect it and it won't detect I have tried a couple of times I have swapped printer leads and also tried a different USB port but nothing has anyone else had the trouble pls help a very frustrated pregnant woman many thanks in advance x
