What ink?
What printer?
What ICC/colour management settings/colour space?
What graphics programme?
What press?
What temp/time settings?
What sublimation paper?
Can you post the original picture here?

when you printed it on the subpaper, did the image look OK (apart from being reversed/quite feint ?)

Comparing the two photos, on my screen, it appears as though anything that's black/very dark is not printing properly.
Just wondering if the black head is blocked - would be worth doing a nozzle check.

Looks like the black has totally gone from the image. I'd clean all the heads a good couple of times and do a test print inbetween each one.

check if you print on correct side of the paper. i take it you don't use colour correction at all?

I think I have sorted the problem now printing in the wrong setting must of been having a blonde moment lol
