* If you are the intellectual copyright holder or owner of a design on this site and you would like it removed, please contact us with your name, contact information, the design name and number, the html page it is located on and the reasons behind this design being removed
I saw this on a website and clearly 70% of it was logos for bike, cars, British legion poppy in fact most of it look copyrighted and it was advertised in a major magazine. Not going to say were but you could the whole lot for 1000 and there was hundreds of embroidery designs. I was tempted to complain but where. Phoning them would have done no good as it was a rip off and they would not have cared

IF it was our designs on there, then I wouldn't just want it removed, but want paying a retrospective license free and royalties on all previous sales.

Does putting that on the website means that you cannot be held responsible for what you sell

Trading standards, but since you are not one of the copyright owners it would be difficult to complain. You could contact the individual companies and let them take action. I think I've got contact addresses for most of the automotive companies.
But got to love that disclaimer, admitting that they are illegally infringing trademarks. Perhaps they got their legal advice from tabberone?

I found the American site you are talking about. I'll assume the images come from clip art sites and are then "digitized" for their process. It's hard to say unless you see the original image.
