Re: best way to print this?

hi
I have a customer who wants me to print 20 tshirts for their taichi class however the mockups i did were based on the agreement that they would be white shirts. The logos are all his i just provided the layouts on the tshirts.
He has now changed his mind and wants to use black shirts however one of the logos is an image that cant be done in vinyl.
The second row of images is what he wants however the only equipment i have is an a2 printer a sublimation printer and a vinyl cutter.
I could print the image on a3 3g jet opaque and run it through my vinyl cutter to contour cut but i dont like the look and feel of 3g jet opaque and i dont believe the customer will either as the shirts need to be comfortable.
Also with the taichi class being done in almost silence the rustling of the shirt with a 3g jet opaque transfer will be very distracting.
The customer will not pay for DTG and in terms of equipment i am limited for this design. Does anybody have any ideas that could help.
The customer is very cost conscious and im worried i might lose the job if he doesnt like the feel of 3g jet opaque.
image attached.
Thanks
