thats the landlord told us the rent is going up another £49 pw from 1st june  - thats per week.
no way in hell are we paying that- £49 per month, yeh fine....but per week

so it looks like we are moving back into our home again....till we find another suitable office space...and there aint many here
this is gonna be real fun doing this - NOT.....sh&t load of stock/ equipment and more stock on the way in the next 7-10 days...
i think this is what's going to be called stress level 2000%
there are plenty of shops available here, but we dont want/need a shop front - the office space was one floor up and secure...had 2 very large rooms...hall and loo..
yeh we have been filing up the 2nd room with stock and other stuff....so me thinks the guy is clocking this, and going - rent up time he can afford it - total twat

thank god i am a single guy...i can get away with this in my home....just....if i had kids / family, not a hope in hell.
still going to be tight..:frown: - now, time to get to the docs for the BP tabs...i aint got high BP..but i bloody well will have after this :frown:

I see the old kirk is for sale in Piedmont Road plenty of room there and a little divine intervention wouldn't come amiss. I checked out local farmers near to me and found a little unit at low rent, maybe you could visit a few coo clap farms near you and see if they will accommodate. Or there may be some space in the tat shop near Turnberry, you never know until you ask. Mind you the lighthouse would be ideal, plenty of storage there.
Your landlord isn't an Aberdonian by any chance?

Bad luck - I know what its like to move business premises. Done it 3 times in the last 11 years and definitely won't be doing it again.

Where the rent rises not in the lease agreement?

coo sh*t here in ayrshire seems to be stronger than other places lol..and i aint kidding .......eye watering stuff
dont have a choice at the moment .....girls packing now.....aint waiting about till 1st june

...why should i give him another month rent...na...he can stick it...and i hope it sits empty
we are going to have to shut shop / s to move and get sorted again...friggin pain in the backside to be very polite on here
another wee hurdle to jump over.....had worse than this over the last 2 yr or so...upwards and onwards and all that

We had a long term lease agreement with yearly rent increases of 3% - it doesn't sound too much, but 6 - 7 years down the line and the rent just wasn't justifiable. Hope you get sorted.
Cheers John

everything(90%) was/is registered from my home address after last carry on/move....and i wasnt doing it all again...mail is safer going to my home anyway.
i had that last time before..moved and forgot to change some address ect on business details on the web....result was utter mayhem...so since then, EVERYTHING is registered from my home address. - regardless of what it is...cause i aint moving from here for a long time lol - just saves any more hassle if i find anywhere else i can move into - i work ( did ) work from home after i left the other building anyway......gluten for punishment john ;-(
must have seen this coming in my sleep....saves my any more sodding stress changing everything over....again
