Very useful for preheating the base of mugs which take a long time to heat up. Only really useful if you are printing right to the lower rim, you get a much better take.

Also useful for keeping your tea/coffee warm while working.

Or, the Andrew James Teppanyaki Grill is £20.39 inc delivery direct from Andrew James' Ebay Store:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ANDREW-JAMES- ... 8#shpCntId

So, unless you're in a hurry, then it's only £0.40 more to have the postman deliver it, so you don't have to trek to Aldi

The Andrew James grill is what we use, and is big enough to hold 10 mugs at a time.

Yup, as ArferMo says, they are great for pre-heating and stay constant until ready for pressing. Just a quick flip over of the mug ensures a fairly even heat dispersion throughout...... and then chuck a few chicken skewers on when your done!

When I ordered ours, it was very tempting to order another to use one in the kitchen - mainly as I worried the wife would nick the one from the mug printing room, but thankfully she hasn't yet!

I ordered a second as a spare and it has always been kept in my office. Imagine my surprise when we went camping and out it came!! Didn't complain too much as my eggs and bacon were on it at the time :-)
