I bought a few white lighters from a company
1st order disappeared
1st replacement again disappeared
3rd replacement sent special delivery put tracking number in and guess what
getting this from the most used company and the most useless company in the country
royal mail

the company said they are in original retail package and unused had 10 from other company 4 weeks ago delivered no problem same lighter only dif these ones are sublimated white other ones where chrome

suppliers have to be aware of these changes, and state what they are on the front of the pack, we recently sent some printed ones, and made a sticker up for the front of the package, and sent it tracked, the new scanners they have are working well - and with the country on a high alert at the moment, this will continue.

there was an article recently about a motorbike jacket with a built in airbag device from denmark, the jacket was too small when it arrived so the person sent it back to the company in denmark - only to find it was destroyed as it had a little co2 cannister within it, and therefore could not be sent air mail, as they had "broken the rules" there was no claim for compensation
