Re: Help with smudges

Post by canihave »

Hi hopefully someone can advise

I have been using the same paper and mugs and inks for over a year recently I have had a few mugs that have what I can only describe as smudges
This is now happening on almost every mug I make
I have bought a new blanket thinking that was the case but it is exact same issue
None of my settings have changed so I am puzzled at what is going wrong
I am trying to upload a pic but struggling

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Thanks

Need to know the following to answer:

Make of Ink
Make of Paper
Make of Press
Where you got the mugs from
What time are you using
What temperature are you using

SG
USING: Whatever it takes to get the job done...

I've returned a batch of mugs with the same problem today, you can have a bad batch of mugs or you need to check the pressure of the blanket and it might correct the uneven surface of the mug.
