Hi guys,

I have a huge problem with 3D phone case sublimation. I use transfer paper, sublimation ink, etc. all the necessary stuff. I'm really new to sublimation though, I've put together everything this week and wanted to start making the cases, however every time I try the colors don't show up at all, just some yellow. I tried everything I could think of, but nothing seems to make a difference.

I've attached 3 pictures of the cases, and the sublimation machine and printer I'm using.

I really hope you can help me!

Luca

I was thinking the same, even though I bought the ink from a company specializing in sublimation….but you can never know.

I'm using an Epson 510DN, I bought it about a month ago and yes, I used it with standard inks for a few weeks….but only printed about 30-40 pages with it, before switching to sublimation ink.

ok. so i think you have sublimation ink in your cartridges but it didn't rich the heads yet. I presume you never clean the system of your printer and just fired new inks?

I printed about 15 full color pages after switching to sublimation ink to make sure the ink reaches the heads.

and did that make you sure? lol :)
sorry...

to me it looks like your ink is still not flowing... best way to do it is to put new carts in the printer with ceasing fluid and print until colour stop flowing.
